The journal editorial board has decided that from June 1, 2017 onwards, once the submitted paper has been accepted for publication, the author will not be required to pay the publication and printing fee.

The old regulations will still apply to papers submitted before May 31, 2017, once they are accepted for publication. The author will be required to pay the publication fee: "Once the submitted paper has been accepted for publication, the author is required to pay the publication and printing fee of NT$3,000 for each paper, to be sent via postal money order to the journal. Once the payment has been received by the journal, the receipt will be issued and sent via post, papers will not be published if the publication fee has not been paid in full."
